Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the collectible nature of Pokémon products:

• Graded slabs and single cards are final sale

• Sealed products may be eligible for return only in cases of verified transit damage

All return or refund requests must follow the conditions outlined in the Returns & Refunds Policy and require proper unboxing video proof.
